Job Description:
Job Requirements:
- Supervise and coordinate tunnelling works at the project site to ensure progress, safety, and quality requirements are met.
- Monitor daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and method statements.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to achieve work targets within schedule.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed.
- Prepare site progress reports, work records, and other documentation as required.
- Assist in solving technical or site-related issues that may arise during tunnelling operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of tunnelling equipment and machinery.
- Report any incidents, near-misses, or non-compliance promptly to management.
- Perform shift duties as required to support continuous tunnelling operations (e.g., day/night shift rotation).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tunnelling or underground construction projects.
- Familiar with Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM), NATM, or pipe-jacking methods.
- Good understanding of construction safety and quality standards.
- Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Able to work rotating shifts (day/night) and perform duties under challenging site conditions.
- Preferably with valid CSOC / Supervise Construction Work for WSH certification.
