Key Responsibilities

Customer Management & Business Development
  • Expand and service the existing customer base within Singapore.
  • Continuously grow the company's business to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive follow-up on sales leads and tenders.

Sales Operations & Coordination
  • Gather costing information, prepare and issue quotations to customers in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and monitoring sales budget and forecast.
  • Coordinate closely with the Service Department on parts availability and job status to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Performance & Quality Management
  • Ensure all productivity, efficiency, and quality targets are met.
    Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Administrative & Ad-hoc Duties
  • Undertake any other tasks or duties as assigned by the Managing Director.


Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in [e.g., industrial equipment / engineering].
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Energetic, positive, and driven to succeed in a technology-focused sales role.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
