As a RazerStore Retail Assistant, you will...

• Create the energy and excitement around Razer products, providing the right solutions and getting products into customers' hands
• Establish long-term relationship with customer base through offering impeccable customer care and providing them with a memorable shopping experience while achieving sales target
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines

Pre-Requisites :

• You are passionate about Razer and eager to share that passion with others. Strong interest in technology or gaming, particularly Razer products, and agility at learning new products and features
• Strong people skills - you are approachable, a great listener, and empathetic
• Strong communication skills - you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as well as individual customers

This position involves working on a shift basis, including weekends, to cover the operational hours of the store, which are from 8:30 AM to 06:15 PM, 5 days a week.
