Key Responsibilities
- Lead international sales expansion across Asia, focusing on export markets and strategic retail partners.
- Build and manage distributor relationships, negotiate trading terms, and monitor sales performance.
- Develop country-specific go-to-market strategies for Company's brands (NutriRootz, Sweet Harvest, RootzFuel, Frozt, etc.).
- Attend international exhibitions and trade shows to promote brand presence.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pricing structures, and profit analyses.
- Work closely with logistics and finance to ensure smooth export operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of regional export or international sales experience.
- Strong network within FMCG, F&B, or wellness industries.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin and regional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and intercultural communication skills.
