Job Scope:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified financial advisors and agency partners.

Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit

Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills

Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
