About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising architectural works-particularly in façade cladding, aluminum, window, and glass systems-to ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage architectural works related to façade, curtain wall, aluminum, and glass systems.
• Review architectural and shop drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Ensure all works comply with specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and installation sequence of façade and architectural finishes.
• Provide technical support and coordinate with the project team to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in façade, cladding, aluminum, and glass works (preferably in Singapore projects).
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
