About this company:
Well-established main contractor with a solid reputation in delivering large-scale infrastructure and building projects across Singapore. We are looking for a capable and forward-thinking Accounts / Finance Manager to lead our finance team and strengthen our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's full set of accounts, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
• Lead budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting
• Review and strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and cost management systems
• Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to management for business decision-making
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders on all financial matters
• Supervise a small accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Ensure all financial activities align with corporate objectives and support business growth

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA)
• Experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, including leadership or managerial exposure
• Proven track record in managing full sets of accounts and leading finance operations
• Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and ability to think strategically beyond daily accounting tasks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
