Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Please note that this is a contract role.
- Support the implementation and integration of the new HRIS system, including data migration, system testing, user training, and post-implementation support;
- Manage and support day-to-day HCM operations;
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and local employment regulations;
- Handle HR-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate support;
- Assist with the preparation of HCM reports and analytics as required;
- Contribute to HCM process improvement initiatives and participate in other HCM projects as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on involvement in ERP system implementation;
- Experience with Workday HCM is highly preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
- Good command of English;
- Good understanding of Singapore employment law and HR best practices;
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
