Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and integration of the new HRIS system, including data migration, system testing, user training, and post-implementation support;
  • Manage and support day-to-day HCM operations;
  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and local employment regulations;
  • Handle HR-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate support;
  • Assist with the preparation of HCM reports and analytics as required;
  • Contribute to HCM process improvement initiatives and participate in other HCM projects as required.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on involvement in ERP system implementation;
  • Experience with Workday HCM is highly preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
  • Good command of English;
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment law and HR best practices;
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Please note that this is a contract role.
