Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end automation projects - from system design to commissioning. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of PLC/DDC controls, SCADA systems, and BMS integration, as well as proven leadership in managing project teams and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Review project specifications, control drawings, I/O lists, and method statements.
• Lead and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project schedules, cost plans, and progress reports.
• Supervise site works, including control panel installation, field cabling, and system integration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage procurement of equipment (PLC, SCADA, sensors, instruments).
• Oversee documentation: test protocols, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover packages.
• Drive project completion on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in BMS, PLC, or SCADA automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens, Schneider, or equivalent control systems.
• Experience in HVAC / ACMV / M&E integration preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

Additional Advantages

• Experience with AI-based HVAC optimization (AirMax AI) or smart building systems.
• Familiarity with Green Mark, BCA, and energy efficiency standards.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, and IoT integrations.
