Job Description
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Align HR strategies, policies, system and work processes to the organization's business goals.
  • Function as an effective business partner to various business units.
  • Review organizational structures for effective deployment of resources.
  • Develop sourcing and staffing strategy plans and partner with internal hiring managers to achieve hiring goals.
  • Undertake other HR and administrative assignments or projects.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.


Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field of which at least 2 year(s) in managerial position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Communication skills - ability to communicate to all organisation levels in English & Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
