Job Description

• Lead all corporate finance functions including FP&A, treasury, tax, risk, and compliance
• Drive financial strategy, planning, and reporting to support business growth
• Evaluate investment decisions, M&A, and capital structure
• Oversee SAP finance systems and lead finance transformation initiatives
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Lead and mentor a team of controllers and analysts

The Successful Applicant

• Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a listed or MNC environment
• Strong background in project-based or capital-intensive industries
• Proven leadership in treasury, SGX compliance, risk management, and commercial finance
• Experience with SAP and finance transformation is highly desirable
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
