• Facilities Management at a specific location;
• Oversees daily operations and tenancy management services;
• Deliver solutions and maintain good customer relationship at all times;
• Candidate possess Bachelor's Degree or at least Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Real Estate/Building/Facilities Management or relevant disciplines;
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of working experience in related field;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills;
• Have the ability to handle projects independently;
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
