Job Summary

The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all site operations, managing resources, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the defined schedule, budget, and quality standards. This role requires close collaboration with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery of construction activities in full compliance with EHS and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project start-up and execution plans, setting clear targets for schedule, cost, quality, resources, EHS, and contractual compliance.

• Lead and manage all on-site operations, including resource allocation, progress monitoring, and coordination across all stages of construction.

• Oversee procurement activities, material inventory, and logistics to ensure timely availability of equipment and building components.

• Supervise subcontractors by tracking manpower, progress, and schedules to ensure timely and quality completion of work.

• Serve as the key liaison with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders on all project-related, contractual, and EHS matters.

• Establish effective reporting, documentation, and control procedures to enhance project visibility and operational efficiency.

• Drive innovation through the adoption of advanced construction methodologies and DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) solutions to boost productivity and achieve lean construction outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience in project and/or site management for large-scale building projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing; experience with precast and DfMA systems is preferred.

• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

• Experience in airport, commercial, institutional, or government projects will be an advantage.
