• General administration work and basic accounting, including keeping of all accounting records, expenses claims, issuing cheques with instructions by superior(s), preparing for necessary accounting documentations

• Assisting in month-end closing activities and other general accounting duties

• Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently

• Provide day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting login issues and resolving minor technical problems

• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues and smooth delivery of IT services

• Maintaining accurate administrative records and documentation

• Other duties which are not specified but assigned on ad-hoc basis

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Minimum 2-years experience in accounts or administrative role

• Good communication and team player with adaptable approach

• Good understanding of bookkeeping principle

• Proficiency in Japanese language to communicate with Japanese counterparts
