- Assist physiotherapists and clinicians during patient consultations and treatments
- Prepare and clean treatment areas before and after sessions
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing
- Record and update patient information accurately
- Support basic administrative duties (calls, inquiries, stock management, etc.)
- Maintain clinic hygiene and assist in daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented, organised, and proactive
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Chinese-speaking preferred (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
