Qualifications:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across corporate, wedding, and private event segments.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, partnerships, and event collaborations.
- Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure positive outcomes.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with event planners, venues, and corporate organizations to expand Amici's market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design attractive promotions and sales campaigns.
- Represent Amici at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Sales Administration & Reporting
- Oversee accurate documentation of client bookings, quotations, and contracts.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates to management.
Budget Management
- Assist in developing annual sales budgets and monitor departmental expenditures.
- Ensure sales activities are aligned with financial targets and cost-efficiency goals.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with the operations, culinary, and logistics teams to ensure smooth event execution in line with client expectations.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings and menu designs based on market and client demands.
Compliance & Data Management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and contractual terms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records in the company's CRM or booking system.
Ad-hoc Duties
- Participate in training, team meetings, and company initiatives to support continuous improvement.
- Assist with special projects and campaigns as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the catering, hospitality, or events industry.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
