Primary Responsibilities

This role is a supporting function in the marketing communications department, taking care of various supportive tasks from reporting and administrative support for the team, supporting maintenance of various marketing programs, asset creation, and contributing to daily marketing operations.

Job Functions

• Support coordination with hotels and vendors on marketing initiatives execution.

• Assist with marketing asset creation and related tasks on daily marketing operations.

• Generate weekly/monthly reports summarising key results and customer behaviour.

• Consolidate data from multiple sources and maintain data accuracy.

• Assisting preparation of reports and presentations.

• Billing and administrative tasks for the marketing team.

• Research and other supportive marketing related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Tertiary education in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or related field.

• 1-2 years relevant experience.

• Fresh graduates welcomed, relevant support function experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM or email-marketing platforms is a plus.

• Proficient with spreadsheets.

• Detail-oriented, organised, able to manage multiple tasks.
