✅ What You'll Be Doing

• Handle AP/AR functions, including invoice processing, billing, payments & receivables tracking
• Prepare bank reconciliations, general ledger entries and month-end closing
• Assist in financial reporting, audit schedules & statutory filings
• Monitor day-to-day financial transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Support the preparation of management reports, cash flow updates & budget tracking
• Liaise with vendors, clients, auditors and internal teams
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance finance efficiency
• Other accounting or administrative duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided!)
• 1-3 years of accounting experience is a plus for higher salary consideration
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Navision, SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) is an advantage
• Meticulous, organised, and able to meet deadlines
• Positive working attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
