Requirements
Project Management
- Plan, organize, and oversee investment and process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress,manage risks, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, project documentation, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Analyze current investment and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- Design and implement streamlined processes, tools, and methodologies to improve accuracy, productivity, and compliance.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks to drive measurable performance enhancements.
- Track and measure process improvements, ensuring sustainable implementation.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Compliance, Technology) to align project goals with organizational strategy.
- Communicate project objectives,timelines, and progress clearly across all levels of the organization.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and consultants as required.
Data & Financial Analysis
- Support investment analysis,feasibility assessments, and ROI evaluations.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and project prioritization.
- Prepare financial models and business cases for investment initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within investment, finance, or process improvement functions.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with process optimization, business transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment project lifecycles.
- Excellent leadership,communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and Excel
- Strategic, results-driven, and collaborative mindset
