Job Responsibility:

• Use of BIM software to produce BIM models in accordance to the project requirements
• Report to directly to project manager, VDC & BIM Manager & perform BIM tasks to integrate drawings from different disciplines
• Assess the project constructibility through monitoring for any potential clashes across BIM model integration
• Ensure adherence to drawings submission schedule and closely work with manager/on site engineers for BIM model development
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Diploma/training certification in BIM
• Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience
• Working experience in large projects such as HDB BTO will be an advantage
