Established in 2019, the company is an independent brokerage firm known for its collaborative culture, professional integrity, and strong regional partnerships.
As part of our growth and expansion, we are looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our reinsurance broking team.

About the Role

This position offers a valuable opportunity for a fast-learning, detail-oriented, and confident individual who wishes to develop a career in reinsurance.
You will work closely with senior brokers and management to manage accounts, communicate with reinsurers, and support client service and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communications and reinsurance commitments of key client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional underwriters across multiple classes of risk.
• Support and grow business opportunities with insurance companies (cedants) and brokers across the region.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and placement documentation as required.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
