What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the right-hand to our Directors ( making things run smoothly! )
- Manage schedules, set up meetings, and keep things on track
- Be the first friendly face/voice when people reach out to us
- Help with reports, presentations & other cool projects
- Keep our systems and databases organised ( yes, we love a good system!)
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma, A-Levels or Uni students
- No experience? No problem - we'll guide you!
- Detail-oriented but also fun to work with
- Good communication & people skills
- Open to Full-Time, Part-Time, or Internship positions
- Applicants must be based in Singapore with valid work authorization.
