We are a building materials company located at Defu Lane looking to hire an Account and Retail Assistant.

Requirements:

• Month-end / year-end closing and reporting

• Maintain strict compliance to GST procedures

• Preparation of journal and month end schedules

• Responsible of full set account

• Review and analyse monthly reports

• Handle fixed assets & ensure the accuracy of the recording

• Intercompany and related company settlements, review all reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Secretarial and tax matters

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and others

• Preparation of monthly financial and management reports, example: FS Report (Profit and loss, cash flow, balance sheet...

• Retail management duties

• Fulfil administrative-related paperwork
