We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our restaurant and ensure excellent customer experience, efficient workflow, and business growth. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, staff management, and continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations, including service and kitchen teams.

• Oversee daily service standards, food quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

• Handle budgeting, cost control, and purchasing of supplies.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Develop strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and control operating costs.

• Support management in marketing initiatives, promotions, and menu planning.



Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 3-5 years of managerial experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, staff management, and customer service excellence.

• Ability to train and motivate team members for consistent high performance.
