We are looking for a creative and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Content Creator & Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, handling walk-in customers, and ensuring excellent after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (photos, videos, posters, etc.) to promote furniture products.
• Handle walk-in customers and provide professional sales assistance.
• Follow up with customers to ensure orders are fulfilled and satisfaction is achieved.
• Edit short videos and posters for marketing campaigns using simple editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is attractive and customer-ready.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotions and product launches.
• Address customer issues and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and improve the overall customer experience.
