Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor teachers to uphold educational standards.
• Build a cohesive, high-performing teaching team.
• Ensure compliance with MOE/ECDA licensing, safety, and health requirements.
• Manage centre operations, including budgeting, reporting, and enrolment growth.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, partners, and authorities.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure smooth operations and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in ECCE or related field with DPL certification.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare centre.
• Mandarin proficiency is required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking families.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing international childcare centres is advantageous.
