Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide teachers to achieve quality teaching standards.
• Build a supportive and high-performing team culture.
• Ensure compliance with MOE/ECDA licensing, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage centre operations including budget control, reporting, and enrolment targets.
• Cultivate strong relationships with parents, partners, and government agencies.
• Review centre performance regularly to maintain smooth and effective operations.

Requirements

• Degree in ECCE or related discipline with DPL qualification.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Experience in international preschool management is advantageous.
• Mandarin proficiency is essential for communication with Mandarin-speaking families.
