Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and support teachers to achieve high teaching and care standards.
• Build a motivated and positive teaching team.
• Lead the centre to meet company and regulatory objectives.
• Engage parents and staff through open communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and health regulations.
• Manage centre budgets and expenditures efficiently.
• Maintain healthy enrolment numbers and ensure parent satisfaction.
• Collaborate with government agencies and business partners.
• Prepare reports and administrative documents as required.

Requirements

• Degree in ECCE or equivalent, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL).
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in childcare (infant care preferred).
• Mandarin-speaking ability is essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking parents.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Experience in international childcare management is a plus.
