Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor teachers to maintain high educational and care standards.
• Build and develop a motivated, high-performing teaching team.
• Ensure full compliance with MOE/ECDA regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
• Oversee daily centre operations, including budgeting, reporting, and student enrolment management.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with parents, business partners, and relevant authorities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or a related field, with a Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership (DPL).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare centre.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience managing international childcare centres is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking families.
