Job Description
Requirement
- Involve in the Work Flow of Sales/Purchase
- Churning out Quotation, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Tax Invoice, Delivery Order, Packing List and Documentation.
- Monitor Delivery Schedule from Suppliers / to Customers to ensure prompt and efficient delivery
- Oversee Inventory turnover and levels
- To ensure goods are properly and correctly packed before delivery
- Boost the company sales/profitability by conducting regular market feedbacks, suppliers review
- Manage day-to-day operations and administration support services
- Ensure timely completeness and accuracy in assigned tasks
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments
- Professionally represent the company with integrity and honesty
Requirement
- 1 to 2 years of Working Experience in Spare Part Sales
- Detail Oriented, Analytical, Dynamic
- Good Command of Verbal / Written English Skill
- Customer Oriented
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Able to work independantly
