Job Description
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Sales team.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project schedules, track order status, and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, costing summaries, and documentation for management review.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, correspondence, and project files.
  • Support ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Engineer or Sales Manager.
  • Professionally represent the company with integrity and honesty


Requirement
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, project administration, or customer service.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skill
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently
