Job Description
Requirement
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Sales team.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, track order status, and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Assist in preparing project reports, costing summaries, and documentation for management review.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order progress.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, correspondence, and project files.
- Support ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Engineer or Sales Manager.
- Professionally represent the company with integrity and honesty
Requirement
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, project administration, or customer service.
- Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skill
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently
