I am helping my client to seek for an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead and oversee data annotation projects within a cutting-edge Robotics Data Center in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of data collection and annotation workflows, and hands-on experience with AI or robotics data operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive end-to-end execution of data annotation projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Develop a deep understanding of business needs, data acquisition, and labeling requirements to support various AI training scenarios.
• Establish and align annotation standards, write detailed SOPs, conduct implementation training, and provide guidance and issue resolution to ensure smooth project rollout.
• Oversee quality control processes for data annotation (e.g., semantic segmentation, bounding boxes, 3D point clouds) and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate across teams to monitor progress, manage resources, and optimize workflows for large-scale data operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or Big Data-related disciplines.
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in data annotation, data operations, or AI model development.
• Familiar with common algorithmic models and their data requirements; prior experience in robotics or large model (foundation model) data projects is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Shell or Python scripting for batch data processing will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to drive multi-stakeholder collaboration effectively.
