Title: Regional Manager (depending on level of candidate)
Working days/hours : Monday to Friday (remote location)
Reporting to: Senior VP - Sales & Marketing
Function of role: Marketing
Division & Department: Sales & Marketing
Products: Paint Protection Films & Window Films (cars)

Responsibilities
1. New account acquisition
- Work with distributors to acquire new dealers
- Work with customer sales representative to close cold leads
2. New white box customers:
- Work closely with big box suppliers / competitors to service them in private brand or white boxes.
3. Grow distributor business:
- Market visit with distributors
- Develop distributor specific business plan and implement the same
4. Networking with key stakeholders in the market to develop market intelligence:
- Competitors (manufacturers, dealers, distributors)
- Social Media Influencers
- Global distributors
- Car dealerships
Key Deliverables
• Achieve Sales targets.
• Ensure zero deviation from sales and corporate policies.
• Achieving target for direct customer & dealer acquisitions.
• Achieve target of new car dealerships acquired.
• Implement sales related actions of the marketing plan
Requirements
• Bachelor degree holder
• Minimum 10 years' experience (Window Film or Paint Protection Film industry would be an added advantage).
• Computer literate, good communications skills in English. High attention to details, Network with key players in the market and develop the market intelligence and feed to marketing manager to develop effective sales strategies.
