Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of the project, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with M&E consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.

2. Review and comment on M&E shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.

3. Conduct site inspections to monitor M&E installation works and ensure compliance with project requirements.

4. Identify and resolve M&E-related issues and defects.

5. Coordinate with other project teams (e.g., architectural, structural) to ensure integration and compatibility of M&E systems.

6. Develop and maintain M&E-related project documentation, including records of inspections, testing, and commissioning.

7. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

8. Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

9. Provide technical support and guidance to site staff and contractors.

Requirements:

1. Relevant experience on construction industry for new build and A&A work for condo, factory. relevant certificates recognise by local authorities eg BCA, MOM
2. Fresh candidate will be guided along the way
