We're seeking a skilled and proactive BIM Manager / Coordinator to lead and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across large-scale construction projects. You'll be the go-to expert for BIM deliverables, software oversight, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless integration of digital design and construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate BIM implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage BIM deliverables:
  BIM Execution Plans
  Clash Detection Reports
  BIM Quality Control Plans
  Design Review Procedures
  4D Construction Sequencing
  5D Cost Estimation
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure BIM compliance with project specifications.
• Provide regular updates on BIM progress and challenges to the Supervising Officer (SO).
• Troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues, including software performance.
• Manage all BIM software tools used in the project.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD and 3D model implementation within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of BIM technologies and authoring tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Proven experience in BIM coordination or management on large-scale projects.
• Excellent task prioritization, presentation, and communication skills.
