Working Hours: 6 days a week (Retail hours - weekends required)

As our Sales Manager, you'll lead the showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and maintain smooth coordination with the operations, logistics, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure high service standards
- Oversee quotations, follow-ups, and customer relationship management
- Work closely with logistics and inventory teams for order accuracy and delivery timelines
- Provide product training and guidance to sales assistants
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, promotions, and visual merchandising
- Generate and review weekly sales reports with management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or interior-related industries
- Proven track record in team leadership and achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working weekends and public holidays (off-day on weekday)
- Singaporean/PR only
