We are looking for a dedicated individual to case manage clients of SADeaf, particularly students with hearing loss in mainstream schools and institutions. Plan, coordinate, and implement projects and integration activities that promote inclusion and holistic development. Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management and Counselling, assessing clients' needs
- Manage, develop and implement clients' cases or counselling plans
- Plan and organise case conferences and provide recommendations
- Co-manage the services and programme outcomes, and providing statistical data
- Spearhead projects benefitting clients and the Deaf community
- Conducting Outreach and Public Education events
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Diploma in Social Work or Social Sciences
- Knowledge and experience in social work interventions and case management
- Experience working with children
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently
- A heart for serving the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
- Proficiency in Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) is an advantage - all staff are given training and are required to complete SgSL Level 1
