Sales Executive

Location: Kaki Bukit | Working Days: 6 days/week

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle incoming enquiries for signage projects. Your main role is to respond to customers on WhatsApp, email, and Carousell, understand their requirements, and assist in preparing quotations with our internal team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily enquiries from WhatsApp, email, Carousell, and phone calls

• Understand customer needs (type of signage, size, installation location)

• Request and coordinate information needed from clients (photos, measurements, etc.)

• Work with design and production teams to prepare quotations

• Follow up with clients to close sales

• Arrange site visits and installation schedules when required

• Maintain positive customer relationships and service standards

Requirements

• Language: Fluent in English & Chinese

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Organized and responsive in follow-ups

• Able to learn basic signage material and pricing knowledge (training provided)

• Proficient with WhatsApp, email, and phone communication

• Sales experience is a bonus, but beginners are welcome
