Job Description:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, utensils, and service counters.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with courtesy.
• Assist in food preparation, packaging, and presentation when needed.
• Operate cash registers or POS systems, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Replenish condiments, utensils, and other dining essentials as needed.
• Support other team members and perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
