• Define and execute regional sales and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead business growth in identified markets and drive pipeline development.
• Oversee revenue and KPI performance across all country teams.
• Implement standardized sales frameworks and CRM practices regionwide.
• Mentor country leaders and develop next-generation talent.
• Collaborate closely with internal business units to align solutions with client needs.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in B2B hardware sales, including 5+ years of regional management.
• Proven experience in corporate and government sales across Southeast Asia.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and cross-cultural leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
