Sales Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: Rooma, 315 Outram Road, Tan Boon Liat Building, #13-01/02/03/04, Singapore 169074
Working Hours: 6 days a week (Retail hours - weekends required)
Salary: Based on experience + sales commission

Role Overview:
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be part of our front-line team-helping customers find the right furniture for their homes, assisting in showroom operations, and supporting our sales team with quotations and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in the showroom with product information and recommendations
• Prepare quotations and sales invoices
• Follow up on customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for delivery scheduling
• Maintain showroom presentation and product tagging
• Support marketing content (optional - if comfortable on camera or assisting shoots)

Requirements:

• Warm, confident, and customer-oriented personality
• Good communication skills (English proficiency required)
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling
• Able to work weekends and public holidays (off-days on weekdays)
• Experience in furniture or retail sales preferred but not required
• Singaporean/PR only
