We are a 16-year Singapore-based jewellery brand and we are looking for a driven, motivated and positive sales people to join our team. A happy team will lead to happy customers. We are looking for a drama-free workplace environment where employees will be happy to come to work to.

We have a total of 5 retail stores in Singapore and looking for new sales associates to join our team.

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the stores, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
• Assist to style customers in our latest pieces and provide recommendations based on their needs
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range
• Process sales transaction with a high level of accuracy
• Assist with after sales service such as returns or exchanges
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the Operations Team to restock as needed
• Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, process online order collections when required
• Lead and guide team members and train them for success
• Support any duties or responsibilities assigned

Requirement

• Experience in retail and fashion/accessories or jewellery category a plus
• Someone who is meticulous and has high moral and work ethics, someone who takes pride in their work
• Skills like Cashiering, Logistics, Inventory Management, Customer Service, housekeeping and maintenance of overall cleanliness of store, after-sales service and stock taking

Pay structure

• Basic Pay ($2200-$2400)
• Monthly Store Target commissions
• Individual commissions based on a percentage of sales, ranging from $500-$900 in non-peak months and up to $2,000+ during peak months
• $100 grooming incentive
• $100 for the top sales at each store
• Performance Bonus and Increments based on performance

• Hourly salary + commission (same as FT's individual comms)
