Chemical Production Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support daily production activities to achieve quality and efficiency objectives, promptly addressing any process deviations to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist in production setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment, stepping in when necessary to ensure workflow continuity.
• Conduct regular equipment checks, calibrations, and adjustments, maintaining accurate records of production performance and corrective actions.
• Compile and analyze production data to identify trends, prepare performance summaries, and ensure accurate documentation of key metrics.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities and support initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to operator training and skill development programs.
• Recommend and participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing productivity and reducing costs.
Requirements:
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Self-driven with ability to meet strategic and operational goals
