Job Summary

Seeking a Technical Lead for the organization's Private Bank Development Team to oversee the design, development, and governance of critical applications within the Private Banking domain. The role involves leading solutioning, design validation, and implementation phases, ensuring all solutions adhere to enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Minimum 8 years of experience in application solution and architecture design;
• Must have hands-on expertise with Temenos Wealth suite components - Temenos Triple A+, Edge Connect, TCIB,GUI, WUI, OData, WTX/ITX;
• Must have strong proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting and Oracle Database;
• Proven track record in delivering Private Banking solutions, including at least one full end-to-end implementation;
• In-depth experience in application analysis, system integration, and code review;
• Solid understanding of API Microservices, OAuth2, and OWASP Top 10 security practices;
• Advanced performance tuning capabilities, including SQL optimization, multi-threading, and non-blocking techniques;
• Experience with DevOps practices, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and n-Tier architecture.

Desired Skill-set

• Familiarity with TAP upgrade project implementation;
• Proficiency in data migration (ETL, bulk transfer, reconciliation);
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards;
• Collaborate with architects, system analysts, and developers to validate and deliver robust technical solutions;
• Standardize and maintain application architecture across Private Banking systems;
• Ensure technical design aligns with enterprise principles and security standards;
• Resolve technical issues and support performance, security, and integration testing;
• Work with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and deployment.
