Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, architects, BAs, QA) and manage stakeholder communication.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and governance in line with Pega best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage budgets, and track project performance.
- Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and organizational standards.
- Prepare status reports and ensure smooth handover post-implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in Pega implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Pega BPM/CRM platforms, methodologies, and SDLC processes.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum project delivery.
- Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA), Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), or PMP certification preferred.
