• Manage the real estate project planning & overseeing projects by communicate closely with internal / external stakeholders
• Manage & drive facilities strategies according to budget, time, risk management
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors / contractors for construction schedule, plan project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire project plan
• Budget monitoring, track and report on costing
• Incharge of compile, maintain & submit all related Apac real estate data & reporting
• Negotiate & resolve enquiries & issues related to real estate plans with ID, contractors & vendors
• Assist manager in lease management such as administration, audit & reporting for ongoing leases; new, renewal, terminate & extend

skills & experience required.

• Degree in Facilities / Real Estate
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities project management & office movement
• Working experience pharmaceutical or medical device sector will be an added advantage
