We are looking for Clinic Executives/ Clinic Assistants who are committed, responsible and resourceful. If you have experience in healthcare, and comfortable with IT/computers, we would love to speak with you.

Your role will be to:

• Answer telephone calls, Whatsapp Business messages, and emails
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Meet and greet patients who come to our clinic
• Register patients using clinic management software
• Explain bills to patients and collect payment
• Submit insurance and Medisave claims
• Handle patient's questions, feedback, and care concerns
• Coordinate various care appointments for patients
• Housekeeping ( sweeping, disinfecting, clearing trash etc) to ensure clinic is clean, welcoming and professional
• Manage non-medication inventory, ordering supplies and keeping track of stock levels.
• Keep our clinic running smoothly every day

• Able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Resilient under pressure
• Able to trouble shoot and problem solve independently
• Detailed and meticulous
• Possesses emotional maturity and have a great interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written English proficiency, verbal Mandarin proficiency.
• A responsible team-player who takes initiative and accountability for duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Emailing and WhatsApp.
• At least 1 year healthcare experience.
