Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in supporting students with sensory, functional, and motor coordination challenges. The OT will collaborate closely with school management team to design and implement effective therapy programs within both academic and vocational settings. This role is pivotal in enhancing students' participation, independence, and overall well-being through tailored interventions and stakeholder engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the individual needs of students.
- Design, develop, and implement personalized and group-based occupational therapy programs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals using a consultative approach to support student development.
- Provide training and guidance to teachers on implementing occupational therapy strategies in the classroom.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for parents to support their children's development at home.
- Refer students to external or alternative services when additional support is required.
Personal Competencies, Experiences, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore.
- Proven experience working with youths and their families, with strong case management capabilities.
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable.
