- Manage and oversee the live chat operations to meet customer satisfaction goals.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Manager (Live Chat Experience) should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in service delivery and/or customer service operations, with at least 2 years in live chat or digital customer support
- Ability to analyse data and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using live chat software and related customer service tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
