Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong distributor partnerships across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Drive market growth through effective channel strategies and distributor engagement.
• Execute regional marketing initiatives to boost visibility and brand presence.
• Develop long-term, trusted relationships with key partners.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture new distributors to expand regional coverage.
• Support business development activities and contribute to strategic projects.
• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales within the electronics industry, ideally with exposure to passive components.
• Self-driven, adaptable to diverse cultures, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with APAC markets, digital tools, and product strategy.
• Willing to travel
